What we do
AI workflow assessment
We map how your team handles documents, reports and safety paperwork, find the tasks where AI saves the most time, and deliver a practical plan with costs and risks.
Document and report automation
Faster daily reports, meeting minutes, submittal and RFI summaries, and monthly owner's reports, with a person reviewing every output.
Safety documentation assistants
Help drafting AHAs, toolbox talks and incident summaries from your own programs, reviewed by a qualified safety professional before use.
Schedule and cost analytics support
Tools that compare schedule updates, flag slippage and summarize change logs so your team spends time on decisions, not data entry.
Policy, guardrails and training
An acceptable-use policy, data-handling rules and hands-on training so your people use AI well and keep sensitive information protected.
How it works
Assess, pilot, train, hand off
Assess
We learn your workflows and pick the two or three tasks worth automating first.
Pilot
We set up a small pilot, usually with tools you already license, and measure the time saved.
Train
Hands-on training for the people who will use it, with written guardrails.
Hand off
You own the setup and the playbook. We stay available for questions and tune-ups.
Common questions
Before you call
Do we need to buy new software?
Usually not. Most pilots start with tools you already license. If something new would pay for itself, we show you the numbers first.
Is our data safe?
We set data rules before anything else: what can go into which tools, and what never leaves your systems. Nothing confidential goes into a tool without your approval.
Does AI replace our safety or project staff?
No. It takes the first pass at paperwork so your people can spend their time on judgment calls. A qualified person reviews every output.
